Words....Not Needed Here by Khari D. Hawke
What say you man of little word with eyes a-float on heaven's breath, of this hearts cries of joys unheard for conquest o'er eternal death
what say u of the light not dim when dawn reflects Apollo's light, this heart awaits the sound of him who lights it with his godly sight
what say you jailer of this crave this thirst my soul transforms to lust. what say you of the calling grave your touch has crumbled to the crust
what say you of this joyful pain that cupid's arrow dawns the wake this heart gave up for you to gain caressed within a turbid lake
not much to say but more to give receive the heart that found your stare and scrambling thru the mortar's sieve in search of words... not needed here. |
